I really liked our vacation. We were so amazed by the beautiful sights that Poland has to offer. We had a nice balance of natural scenery, architecture and history. I especially enjoyed Gdansk, Torun, Krakow and Zakopane. The tour guides we had in Warsaw and Torun were super! It was fantastic being able to add on a visit to Prague as well.
The best parts:
I really enjoyed the convenience of having an agent ,who knows the country, organize the itinerary, transportation, accommodations and many of the tickets to the sights as well as tour guides. I really appreciated having been able to email Monika for help, as well, during our trip when I had questions or difficulties. She was very helpful and patient.
The worst parts:
The taxis and train system were at times stressful. We would have liked to have been picked up sooner from our hotel and had more time at the train stations prior to departure as it was quite stressful and difficult figuring out which platforms, tracks and trains we were looking for. Some stations didn’t have this information as clearly marked as others and often, the information was only in Polish. Having more time prior to departure to figure all of this out would have been helpful. Also, it would have been helpful to know whether our hotels had elevators or not. Luggage was sometimes difficult to transport up and down stairs in hotels where there weren’t elevators (e.g., Guesthouse in Zakopane). Also, a little warning about the train stations which usually didn't have elevators, escalators or even ramps for luggage would have been helpful. The stations typically have many stairs to get to platforms. Knowing this would have been helpful when deciding which kind of bags to pack (This is perhaps just for those visiting from places like North America).

We visited Warsaw, Gdansk, Torun, Poznan, Wroclaw and Krakow over a period of almost two weeks in July. We had walking tours of the old-own in most cities and made a few excursions as well.
The best parts:
We loved Poland! The highlights for us were the amazing cities of Gdansk and Krakow. We also enjoyed Malbork Castle and the Copernicus museum in Frombork. The Wieliczka Salt Mine was a great way to end the trip.
The worst parts:
One of the train trips (from Tczew to Torun) was very overcrowded.

We chose the destination but Monika helped us with the itinerary (where to go, what to see, etc.)
The best parts:
We traveled through Poland and Evaneos organized drivers, train tickets, private tour guides and tickets to various attractions. Everything went very smoothly and they were very thoughtful about the itinerary to give us a mix of planned activities as well as free time to explore on our own. The local guides were all fantastic - very knowledgable and friendly. They were a highlight of the trip!

We loved our Polish adventure and cudos go to all of our guides. We thoroughly enjoyed Warsaw Old Town, The Uprising Museum, Lazienki Park, Chopin, our tour of the Royal Castle and Zapiecek pierogi! Maria recommended that we take the high speed train from Warsaw to Krakow and that was easy and fun. In Krakow we enjoyed the city tour, Oscar Schindler's Factory, Zakopane and the National Park there, Auschwitz including Tour of Birkenau, Jasna Gora to see the Black Madonna and finally the salt mine at Wieliczka.
The best parts:
I loved being able to customize a visit to Poland working with a Polish travel agent in Warsaw. I was able to plan everything I wanted to do through the convenience of an app on my phone. The travel company representative, Maria was just incredible. She worked to make sure our trip went smoothly and provided all the paperwork and information I would need to make that happen. We had an amazing adventure in Poland!
The worst parts:
The only problem we encountered was when our transport from the hotel to the airport by private car did not arrive. When the driver show up by the appointed time, I called Evaneos support and our local agent but since it was Saturday morning, no one was answering. It was easy to get a cab to the airport but there was anxiety while waiting, how long was the ride, will we make our flight?

We enjoyed Polands amazing history and beautiful landscape . The people are wonderful , food was fantastic , hotels were awesome and the locations ! Walking around the market square every evening was so delightful !
Miss that already ! So much to absorb and all wonderful memories !

Our Agent was the best !! She did a wonderful job on planning our trip and am forever grateful to her .
Our Agent stopped to meet us and gave me a gift which I thought was so very thoughtful -- she was caring and really worked hard to make our trip memorable . I'm very grateful to her as she gave my granddaughter mementoes of a life time .
Krakow is so beautiful and look forward to going back there one day again .
