Hard to tell what was my favorite part, I loved it all. The people, the scenery and culture, wildlife and plants, food, staying with nomad families and in ger camps, all of that and much combined into an incredible experience. The trip was so exceptional that I am returning to Mongolia next year, which I never do.
The best parts:
The trip was perfectly designed and executed to allow me to see most places on my wish list. Timing, accommodations, meals, driver and vehicle, museum and park entrances, all of it came together exquisitely to provide a trip of a lifetime. Otgoo at the************ Travel Agency was expert at setting up the itinerary, organizing all the numerous details and very patient with my questions and requests. Many thanks to Ganaa Gan, who was the caring, super capable driver during my journey across Mongolia. His confident, competent care and vast knowledge of the country and culture assured that I was always comfortable and taken care of. His part in making this epic trip is invaluable as well. Overall, this was a superb, life changing trip in an amazing country, thanks to Otgoo of ************Agency at Evaneos as well as my wonderful, extremely capable driver Ganaa Gan.The trip was perfectly designed and executed to allow me to see most places on my wish list. We enjoyed the Flaming Cliffs and our lunch at Gobi Tour Camp. Our driver at Gobi was always helpful. All the destinations picked by Otgoo were to our liking. Thank you for that Otgoo

It would be very hard to identify one single rewarding experience. Every day there was a new and exceptional experience, the people, the country, the hospitality, the history of Mongolia; where are all very fascinating to us.
The best parts:
The local agency that was assigned to me from Evaneos was simply amazing. Ms.Otgoo was very responsive, even at odd hours at night she would get back to me very promptly. Having compared six other agencies, our agency provided a very comprehensive, detailed and adaptive itinerary; during the course of our tour because of the weather there were some cancellations, however the general manager was quick to meet with us, modify our trip and we proceeded in an uninterrupted fashion. Ms, Otgoo went out of her way to welcome us, and invited us to a sumptuous dinner at one of the most prestigious restaurants in town. We felt that all our requests were fulfilled and we were provided a very reasonable and competitive price quotation. The guide Ms. 'Maggie'that was assigned to us was an outstanding individual, very cooperative, full of life and energy, had a wealth of knowledge, and took care of our every need before we could even ask.WE have traveled all seven continents and I have dealt with dozens and dozens of guides, I will rank her at the very top of our list of experiences. The two drivers we had Mr. Tamir for 11 days and Mr. Tumee for 3 days were fantastic expert drivers, very professional; and we felt safe while driving around a large part of Mongolia off road in very difficult terrain, they were simply great.
The worst parts:
There was some minor miscommunications early on in the trip regarding gratuities, however the tour manager and guide quickly cleared this up and we had a smooth remaining tour. All in all, I would say there was no downside to our trip given the circumstances of unpredictable weather and changes in venues, at the end of the tour we felt that we had a very satisfying and rewarding experience.
Mind blowing experience

I personally love the lakes and rough terrain and stopping by the river banks to admire the flow of crystal clear water. Having a view up on the mountains with the valleys below was awesome.
The best parts:
It has been an experience of a lifetime, enjoying the serenity of the plains, valleys, surrounding mountains and fresh clean air. Living in Gers and interacting with a few native people and understanding their culture and food. Most of all away from the usual touristy areas.
The worst parts:
There is no worse part but an awakening experience in using a drop out Toilet 😃

This was a fantastic trip. Having the variety in landscape (from steppe with nomads to remote forest/valleys) was a treat; visiting with nomads (at the family we stayed with, the gers we stopped by on the way, and with the horsemen the entire time) was also a highlight. What a marvelous and beautiful place!
The best parts:
Seeing and experiencing both steppe and mountains of Mongolia; spending time with the horsemen on the trip and the nomads along the way; birdwatching and wildlife viewing.
The worst parts:
There was more repetition in the trail than I realized (I was expecting more of a loop), although the horsemen did their best to mitigate this for me and it turned out well. A couple of the heavily used camp sites had voluminous toilet paper behind every bush; tourists should be taught to carry it out or otherwise permanently dispose of it. If it's from locals, this may be a more difficult problem.
