This 330-square mile park is one of richest and most unusual nature areas in Madagascar. In an extraordinarily beautiful setting, with sandstone formations carved by the wind, rain and erosion, the Isalo Reserve offers a wide variety of majestic landscapes. In this outstanding reserve, 70% of the bird species are endemic. Isalo is also a haven for many species of diurnal and nocturnal lemurs. You can also see all kinds of reptiles and amphibians.
